I have had many phone holders over the years. I'm picky about what sticks to my dash and I hate blocking air vents. I have a cigarette lighter in the right place for this and it works great. The neck is stiff enough to hold my Galaxy S9 in place. It doesn't sag or even vibrate badly. This puts it in what I think is the best spot for me, which is deep under the radio but within reach and visibility if I need to take a quick look. The arms automatically open and close to grip the phone itself. That's a cool feature. You touch the small pad on the side to release it, which took a little getting used to, but it's fine now. When you don't want to use it, pull a little and your phone will pop out. Wireless charging works perfectly. You'll need to adjust the bottom leg that your phone rests on to ensure it's in the correct position. For me it was as low as it gets. That's the right decision. It has two USB ports. One is used to connect the phone charger, the other is a spare. I'm not sure why they didn't just plug the charger straight into the cigarette lighter port. It would be better. All in all it was worth the price. I hope it never wears out. Cool and functional device.
