Small improvements can make this a 5 star product.

Be careful not to put too much pressure on the handles. The inside of the handles are made of plastic sticks instead of metal sticks and easily break in half. Also, the handles of the product really should be oriented the other way. This way the pressure is on the strap and not on the buckle which is more likely to fail over time.
