Just a terrible product, very upset.
I heard that curling irons with an ionizer are electric. Perhaps the same is happening with my tongs. Terrible condition. You are constantly afraid that a discharge is about to happen. The cord turns very tight and offers little protection against twisting, so after each use you have to unwind the power cord back. Sometimes the hair heats up especially strongly and becomes brittle. If you reduce the heat, then the curls stop twisting.
