Not suitable for Kia Rio 2013

1. The blade is already cut and designed and can not be cut on Rio Kia 2013.2. The key fob cannot be reprogrammed to work with the 2013 Kia Rio. The battery in the key fob appears to be permanently installed and cannot be removed without damaging the key fob. The whole key is fake!
