Excellent customer service

I ordered these for a baby shower at work. There were only 23 cards in the box and not a single card with a poop emoticon. The co-founder contacted me and refunded the cost and also expedited the procurement of another set in time for the baby shower. That's excellent customer service. The cards are adorable, have a good print quality and are sure to be a hit in the shower!
