Very flexible and very comfortable. Enjoy how you feel. It went perfectly with its blue arena, which also featured graphics. Since my mattress is designed to let air through, I didn't want to put anything in it that would make it denser. But I also thought that using a top sheet instead of the zippered cover that came with the stroller would make it easier to change the sheet and keep it clean. After being washed and dried, the sheets seemed to fit the shape of the mattress better.
