This armband is perfect for all types of exercises! The adjustable elastic band is comfortable and holds my phone securely in place .As my tests showed, my phone didnt move around at all during my run, which was a huge plus. The material is soft and doesn't irritate my skin which is great. The only downside is that it only fits smaller phone models and won't fit larger electronics..
