Review on ALTRA AL0A5471 Paradigm Orange Men's Running Shoes: Optimize Your Athletic Performance by Jonathan Partridge

For me I had to add half a size up but it fits well. I bought these shoes as I had plantar fasciitis for 5 months and after trying cortisone injections, wraps, pads, p-therapy etc to no avail these shoes were recommended in a youtube video. The guy also had high arches just like me and also had no success with all recommended stretches etc. I tried 4 other brands of shoes to try and relieve this PF pain which was very bad every day. These shoes did it. I was surprised. I wear them exclusively every day. What else can I say? I also started playing pickleball with them after not playing since last August.
