Update: The seller replied saying the iron was worn but shouldn't that affect usability? But I'll send a replacement anyway. So. Have I worn it out by opening it up to replace the tip? However. The original rating is below. After receiving the new iron I will update the stars and change it from 2 to 3. I received a broken iron. The hot air works, but the ceramic heating element of the iron is damaged. It doesn't make contact with the tip of the iron, so it doesn't heat up properly. I'm waiting for a response from the seller. I hope they can send me replacement hardware and not the whole unit. 5 stars do! But for now.
