I bought them for two purposes: to remove makeup and to use as napkins. Removing makeup with these wipes keeps my towels from getting permanently soiled. But the bonus is that these coconut fibers improve my skin tone. I can't explain it, but my bare face looks better since using it to cleanse my face. And they are soft too! I used to use paper towels to remove my makeup, but it's wasteful and certainly hasn't harmed my complexion. With paper towels in short supply right now, I think it's great that I've switched to washable and renewable options. I have paper towels now so I didn't use them for dinner but I'm sure I will because I'm still having trouble finding paper. Towel at a good price. This saves me money as they can be reused. I will not use them on things that are too contagious or dirty like toilets and kitchen sinks.
