Pros: Decent accuracy. Cons: No comfort. See, that little hook that attaches to the device and goes around the ear HURTS. Not only is it uncomfortable, it feels like you took one of those paper clips and pressed it against your ear cartilage. WEHT, and fast. The silicone ear cup keeps the device in place but can slip out easily enough. This is an alternative (the only other option for clamp treatment) but leaves something to be desired in terms of in-ear retention and long-term wear. Bottom line: you can probably find something that suits your needs better, with the same fidelity. The catch is absolutely painful, the alternative is not without problems. I wouldn't buy this again.
