Review on Lenovo ThinkBook I7 1165G7 Anti Glare Thunderbolt by Boyan Vladov ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great product, a pleasure to use.

It is the item number 20VF0035RU that we are discussing. I paid 43,600 for it at the end of February 2022, when I made the purchase. In my opinion, this laptop is currently the one that offers the finest balance between price, quality, and overall appeal. - Ryzen 3 4300u - 8 gb 3200 ram - 256 ssd m2 I would recommend that you search on the website psref.Lenovo.com for the necessary modifications and see the comprehensive specifications for further information. It was on that website that I researched the availability of additional memory and m2 solid state drive sockets. Who needs proofs regarding PWM when you can simply google "thinkbook 14 g2 PWM"?

Pros
  • 1. A good CPU with four cores that is sufficient for development and gaming in games that are not particularly demanding; I only play older games (such as Gothic and Fallout) or newer games that are not particularly demanding, such as Dota 2. 2. Completely made out of aluminum, can be easily dragged around corners, is lightweight, doesn't crunch (I compare it to the ThinkPad 490, which crunches when you take it by the corner), and doesn't bend. 3. An 8 GB 3200 memory stick has been soldered, and there is still one open slot. 4. Extra m2 ssd slot. 5. Two USB Type-C connectors, one of which can give power and the other can show data. This information is not published anywhere, but the display port also enables MST, which is also known as daisy chaining and consists of a direct connection only between the laptop and monitor A, while monitors A and B are connected to each other. In addition, the laptop is compatible with a type-c docking station, which allows for the connection of multiple monitors, ethernet, jack 3, and USB accessories, among other things.5. A workspace equipped with many displays and just one cable placed into the laptop (which also charges it) are all that is required to get started. 6. If you have a TPM module, the fact that you do not have to input a password for the bitlocker is a really helpful feature. This is helpful if you plan on encrypting disks, which is something that I strongly encourage everyone to do. 7. In general, there are a lot of pleasant little things, such as a shutter on the camera, which is also comfortable (on the same t490 the shutter is tight, you need to insert a fingernail to move it), a pleasant appearance, and a very beautiful back cover, visually divided into two parts by two rectangles with different anodizing. 8. There is no PWM. 9. There is not a built-in flash. 10. There is not a built-in microphone. 11. In point of fact, below 63 nits (67%) a PWM frequency of 25 kHz is utilized. Above 63 nits, there is no pulse width modulation (PWM). I have sensitive eyes, yet I'm not even aware of a PWM signal that's moving at such a high frequency; in fact, it's entirely safe; this is not the PWM that you get from TVs (100–300 Hz). 9. The display, in my opinion, is very aesthetically pleasing. 10. Touchpad. Easy, unbroken, and pleasurable to experience. Because I worked with Macbooks equipped with the forstach trackpad, I have some experience evaluating touchpads. This one is excellent in its own right. 11. Work while powered by the battery; six to eight hours is sufficient for me. 12. Fingerprint scanner. It functions correctly, swiftly, and conveniently.
Cons
  • Highlights on the screen (the ips glow effect), located at the bottom and in the upper left corner. It is only discernible in a dimly lit room against a pitch-black backdrop; yet, when it is functioning normally, it is completely undetectable, even if you look for it.
