Difficulty adapting and frustrating system

I like that it is easy for customers who are new or do not have any experience with online ordering, as they can use this app without needing an IT person! We also love being able solve problems ourselves instead of waiting weeks/months in order get help from our tech department at work (which takes forever). It does take some getting used too because there isn't much info out their about how things should be done which makes figuring stuff out difficult sometimes. Also we had issues when using multiple devices so if someone else uses one device while i'm working another customer will see orders placed by me but actually been completed elsewhere - very confusing especially since both systems were connected throughtout time!! This was resolved after contacting support however my recommendation would still only go towards those familiar enough woth computers etc already understand what's happening here otherwise just stick to going directly into sites.

  • It is easy to use especially for those who are new to online ordering and just want to get things done without needing an IT person
Cons
  • It is not very user friendly and the customer support is not great
