I bought a camel leather strap. I'm a huge Fitbit fan (this is the third model I own) and I'm happy with their quality, but this band just doesn't live up to the quality I've come to expect from them. I've had it for about a month and a half and it's already showing noticeable wear despite being very careful with it (keep it dry when I wash my hands, change the silicone strap when I work out). I love my Blaze but hate this strap. Update: I contacted Fitbit, they replaced it with a different leather strap. The same thing happened, he quickly became very exhausted. I'm currently working on getting them to replace it again, this time with a non-leather one. I refused leather. Their customer service is generally pretty good at replacing products less than a year old that haven't lived up to expectations BUT you should keep them informed about this. This time I asked for a replacement, they sent me the wrong group, I contacted them again, they asked me to send it back and said they would expedite the correct one once I sent it (they didn't). I contacted them again and reminded them that I had sent it and that I was told that if I sent it they would send the correct one. Their story changed, it was now the correct item to ship when their warehouse confirmed they had received it. 2 weeks later (and I've contacted them 2 more times and they've promised expedited shipping 2 more times) after the return was delivered, I finally got notification today that they've shipped it. Although once again they sent the wrong group!
