Review on eOMIS by Tim Larsen

I like most that they are open right when you want them to be and answer any questions you have honestly and professionally during work shift hours. Any times not working directly with management could be better for this reason. But in all of our time with them it has always been great at meeting us where we live. Their customer service team and their office staff go out of there way to help people every day. I like that it has an option for inmates not in custody but still have access through email or phone calls from other states/counties where they are incarcerated at this time as well with their families etc.. This allows them easy communication without having physical contact which helps keep everyone safe! It does take some getting used too since its different than what we use now so there's learning curve involved if you're new though once familiarized everything works great!!
