Very disappointed Bluetooth still connects but volume does not work. Used twice. Returns are not permitted. Helmets are tight for XXL.

- Bluetooth system known issues: If the helmet's Bluetooth system has not been used for a long time or after a long sea transport, the battery will go into deep sleep mode. In this case, Bluetooth mode may not be available when you press to turn on. The battery must be charged before use to activate the battery and restore Bluetooth functionality.
