I needed to install a 40 inch TV in a raised corner of our three season porch and due to the design of the room I needed something that would allow viewing from multiple angles. Pages . Given the reasonable price of this mount, I was a bit concerned about the quality and how long-lasting it would be when hanging a 40" TV from it. Installation was pretty easy and I'm impressed with how good it looks. The TV is stable even when the bracket is fully extended. We live in a northern state that often experiences sub-zero temperatures in the winter, so I plan to get the TV out of the cold during the coldest months. All you have to do is loosen one screw that attaches the lever to the base plate.
