update! Sean is the best customer service! He took care of my problems and informed me about the available filters… thanks! (I bought this Ispring RO filtration because I wanted a very good device that would give great tasting water but not waste too much water like the old reverse osmosis. I had trouble reaching a customer on the phone but after several attempts got in touch Sean emailed me with a solution and explained why my water reading was over 40 plus and why the filter was not available Sean offered to send me a new reverse osmosis filter to replace the one that came with the unit and said this one new be better water today I really like the unit it fits well under the kitchen sink Thanks to all of Sean's efforts to make the customer happy I am changing my rating to 4 stars Will increase to 5 when all filters are available at Revain ( Due to COVID all production and shipping is slowing down...hope this helps if you want to try this device.)
