You people who give bad grades don't read the safety instructions. Most paintings hang on a painted wall, don't they? Then why are you always trying to hang pictures on these hooks? These hooks are great. They stick like no other I've ever bought. I can't find enough things to use! It should be a smooth surface, not paint. But on a lacquered cabinet it works like in a kitchen. If you clean, wipe and dry the kitchen wall thoroughly, it will stick to kitchen spoons and spatulas. For the shower, first scrub the soapy water like you would with washing powder, rinse very well and dry completely. Then peel and stick, press on all sides and wait at least 30 minutes before hanging anything. PS they even work on my hot stove. The whole secret is that the surface must be spotlessly clean! And no painted walls except in the kitchen. Because you can't hang Rembrandts there.
