Review on NSI Solution by David Blackstock

I like that they are customer centric with an emphasis around process improvement projects in our organization - we have been able to implement these improvements through their support team! We also appreciate how flexible/adaptable some aspects can be within existing templates / layouts (especially when it comes time to upgrade or customize them). There is nothing specific right now about this software package which would make me hesitate at recommending using over another vendor's offering. The benefits realized thus far include increased consistency across internal teams by implementing common workflows; improved efficiency during daily tasks involving data entry into multiple spreadsheets via different tabs, forms etc.; ability for us to track progress against organizational goals more easily than before utilizing project tracking functionality inherent throughout all product modules & dashboards available from each module.
