The lamp arrived quickly and without delay. It was cheap but still a quality product. Came with two bulbs, a base and a salt body. I got this item to have a modest light source at night that looks calming and cool (in my opinion). It is not very big and takes up little space. This is about the size of a 32 ounce water bottle. The chord isn't very long, so your range is limited to where you can plug it in. I can't comment on the claimed health benefits as I don't have the opportunity to evaluate the improvements. The bulbs are transparent, so the light emitted at full brightness is brighter, or whiter as some reviewers claim. This was to be expected. The bulbs are interchangeable, so you can have bulbs of a different color if you wish. The lamp creates a pleasant atmosphere at night. Relaxing and not very bright. Lighting up your house like it's in Times Square is a terrible way to try to calm yourself down at the end of the day and try to get a good night's sleep. I have a newborn son and it soothes him while I rock him to sleep. It's useful at night so I don't have to turn on a very bright light to feed my son or walk around in the dark. Even the brightest setting gives off enough light to ensure visibility. Imagine this is something between a night light and a lamp. I work nights and this has become part of my routine when I come home to unwind before bed. I am very happy with the purchase and the price is very reasonable. This is a good lamp so if you need light just buy it and don't go cheap! Ha ha have fun!
