Review on TANCHEN 26 Inch Snow Bicycle Bike Front Rear Mudguard Cycling Bike Fender For Fat Tire Mountain Bike by Matthew Hall

Revainrating 3 out of 5

No instructions and really not for a Fat tire bike.

So I got this today. I have a Specialized Fatboy and the stock tires are 26x4.6 I put the rear fender on and well it fits the seat post with none of the added fittings and jut barely covers the tire from side to side, but it is a bit short and I really do not expect it to stop road spray. Then I go to the front. There is no way the bracket will work for the fat boy. The largest expansion fitting is still no where near large enough for the space under the front forks. And not only that but the bracket has to be bent to fit the front tires and it is just not good for it.Then we move on to no instructions. I mean really it is not that hard to figure out but it is stupid that there is no instructions. My advice. If you have a 29er or a 26x2 mtb these will more than work, but for fat tire bile (Tires 4" or wider) these are just about useless.

Pros
  • Keep your bicycle dryer and cleaner.
Cons
  • Incomplete package, cheap build, pieces not for a fat tire bike and, no instructions.
