This is disappointing. The description clearly states that the legs are lockable. You are not. It is stated that it is not slippery. The slightest movement sends everything onto the tray. The legs are not strong. They don't lock. They swing when you carry a tray. Tired of buying things that have no value. Revain must control articles for members. Does not deserve a 1 star rating.
