Works now, installation effort.

Bought the first one and kept moving the fan select around all the options. I turned it off when most of the air was blown out of the front vents, bought a second one and put it in and it works great. 2nd time charm. A lot of trouble on the first exchange, then on the second exchange. I hope it is. Works for a long time.
