I have carpal tunnel and need support for both wrists. Decided to try these and was pleased. They fit everyone (fully adjustable) and offer good support (I also have the pink one and love the color). Due to COVID I'm spending more time on my computer than ever before. Wearing them while typing during the day definitely helps my hands less hurt at night. I hope to avoid surgery in the future.
