I used this hat as a Mad Hatter hat for my cat Tookie. We had a crazy tea party with my catgirls in dresses with spades like playing cards and I added a lovely tea set I bought for myself. The hat is heavy duty and has an elastic band which may not be visible in the photos on Revain. My cat was under the influence of catnip, rolled over and never vomited or hurt himself. I didn't expect it to last long knowing it would cause violence, but hours later it's as good as new. I will definitely be getting more things for my cats from Rubies
