Pretty good shirt, especially for this one Price. The material is soft and comfortably thick (not paper thin like some shirts). Can't comment on the absorbency as the weather is cool. The fit is a little big (baggy), so order one size down for a more customized fit. Note that it has baseball-style sleeves with visible stitching, so the look is more casual than business-casual. I would recommend/buy.
