Beautiful turquoise blue!
Bought loose powder in the color 'I See Blue'. The most beautiful sparkling turquoise blue. I mixed it with a small amount of Kiara Sky Clear to apply to my nails and it was amazing. You can also sprinkle it and then coat it with clear coat and it will be almost the same color and gloss.
