My little one LOVES rainbow bath bombs and I love how they distract him so I can wash his hair and keep him busy. These are high quality bath bombs in bright colors. I love that they don't turn the water an ugly brown! We're left with a calming gray-blue hue. They're HUGE... and I'm worried about saturating the water with them. I ended up cutting off the top of the cloud so it was just a "cloud stripe" with flowers underneath. It still worked great! I emptied the tub halfway and refilled it with fresh water after it dissolved. I basically cut them off because they stunk! The hippie in me loves this scent (patchouli and sandalwood I think) but it's too strong for kids. The whole ground floor smelled of them after opening the box; smelled of him upstairs after being lowered into the water; and my poor baby smelled like he had spent hours dousing himself in patchouli oil. If you are sensitive to fragrances, these are NOT for you. They work best when the water is still, which is difficult for children. He usually ends up holding it in his hands, which temporarily stains his skin but washes off. When he uses it as giant bath chalk and paints the walls of the bathtub... it washes off too (🙄). The most important advice I can give you is to put it in the tub a few minutes before your baby gets in, so you can see the beautiful lines before he takes it. Overall they are really pretty but the smell is a bit too much. Each is only $6, which isn't bad for a fun bath bomb. Total dissolution time: 8-10 minutes. Hope that helps! ☺️
