What I received does not match the description or photos. The wire running along the top edge of these IMQSQIK baskets is very strong and keeps them open. However, my baskets don't have a "hard bottom," or maybe our definitions of hardness differ. There is no support around the rest of the fabric so it will still collapse if there is nothing in it. The handles shown in the catalog photos are made of the same material as the basket and sewn behind the lining. What I have are thick rope handles that are too short considering you tied the ends. Once you tie the knot, it becomes quite bulky and takes up a lot of space in the basket.
