The key does not fit while the bottom is attached.

Easy installation and perfect fit. My only complaint is that I have to use a "dongle" to plug in and use the ports on the side. The bottom of the case doesn't go all the way in, so you'll have to constantly remove the bottom. Besides, I love it.
