    Dimmable - with excellent performance.

    This order was to add additional recessed lights to the lights installed 2 years ago. I was very pleased with the performance of these lamps. Even the electrician who installed them became a fan of these lamps.

    Excellent customer service!

    We recently installed recessed lighting throughout our home and purchased several boxes of Torchstar lights. One of the boxes came with 2 junction boxes that were broken. We contacted the support team who responded very quickly and immediately sent us 2 replacement boxes. Excellent product and customer service. I will buy again!

    Beautify our guest bathroom

    It is very easy to install as it is without a can. We use it on our bath shower area as all the light came from the vanity only. You can't change the finish, of course, but the design can go modern or traditional, so it's a good choice for you. It's been a few months now and it still works like a charm. I hooked it up to our exhaust fan and it's controlled by a timer.

    They were very easy to install

    We used 2 of these to convert my child's closet into a home school room. You look great too. I like the two-piece design (the lamp head is connected to the junction box with a detachable cable). I was able to run the Romex through the ceiling and screw everything in place, and then I could do the rest of the installation from the room instead of on my stomach in the attic balancing on the ceiling joists. Will definitely buy again.

    The 21st century is beautiful

    Very easy installation. The nice thing is that the junction box is attached to the light, so run the hotlines, wired light and then your load to the nearest light and it's all contained in that box itself. Insert into a hole drilled in the drywall and you're done. Very light, bright and durable LEDs. A HUGE technological leap for this type of light. If you're putting up a ceiling fan in 2020+, you're doing something wrong.

    Ease of installation. Looks great

    Installation was easy. The 1/2" top plate means I don't have to worry about placing this directly on top of the rack. Don't worry about putting the jar in space anymore. that I got a bad bulb in the batch. I would have sent them back but I didn't need everything I ordered so I had a spare bulb. (I made 3 orders for a total of 12 pieces, I only needed 10, not bad with only one minus).

    Great product for body and fairing kits

    Bought 1 box of 8" and 1 box of 6" for our rebuild. I love these lights! This was a DIY project that we did with a lot of help from two wonderful neighbors who were our commercial electricians and both were very impressed with this product. They are very thin and could probably fit under the floor joists if needed, we shouldn't have but thought we could so we researched the situation. Also the daylight is very bright. Which I like. We put a dimmer, not ready yet.

    the same product from a large retail store but Torch Star has a better price and packaging

    This product was recommended to me by an electrician who had this product in his own home. I have recessed lights at home and these lights were bought elsewhere. those other lights were more expensive than these. I am very happy with this purchase and Torch Star's customer service is really good. will buy from this company again. I can't comment on how easy or difficult it is to install because I had an electrician install them.

    fairly easy installation

    is so thin and sleek that spring fasteners keep it in place. I think the existing wiring makes the biggest difference in the installation. If there isn't much room and the wiring is already stapled to the studs, just because you don't have a lot of room to work with, it becomes harder to secure the connections. but it's simple, straight forward and looks amazing when finished. I also used a Lutron Sunnata Touch dimmer. adds a nice touch to modern design. In fact, a box j of 4 packs didn't work…
