From the packaging of this gimbal (Moza mini MX) I had a very good feeling that this is a high quality product and that the company is proud of their product. The packaging is thoughtful and very well thought out. I will say for those who have never used one of these before, it took a few minutes to figure out how to unfold. Out of the box, it contains everything you need to create smooth videos. Stabilizer, detachable tripod, USB-C charging cable (you can use your phone wall charger or other USB charger), soft carrying case, quick start guide (in color) and user manual. QR code right on the neck of the gimbal that connects you directly to the MOZA app. This app was pretty cool too. It allows you to change and adjust many different camera and gimbal settings and allows you to get the full effect of your gimbal. And since the gimbal connects to your phone via Bluetooth, you can still just use your phone's native camera if you want. app while continuing to use the buttons on the gimbal to take photos and start/stop videos. The gimbal is a nice solid weight and feels good in hand and even when walking the video stays silky smooth as it should be. I was very impressed with the battery life and the smoothness of the motors. I actually had to plug it in at night to charge it. One of the coolest features for this is object tracking. You can either mount it on a tripod and let it follow you while you walk around a bit, or use it to better follow your subject when taking photos. And the gesture control is also a nice feature when filming yourself alone. Last but not least, this gimbal is nice and compact. It folds like origami and fits in the front pocket for gorilla-style shots. Of course, there may be other bigger and fancier stabilizers for high-end DSLRs, but thanks to the camera technology built into today's smartphones, this stabilizer for one of these smartphones is all you really need to record amazing quality home videos or vlogs to create Youtube. And it will absolutely relieve you of your jittery, caffeine-inducing, cinematic masterpieces! The only real downside I could think of was that the grip felt a bit short for someone with big hands. The end of the grip is in the center of my palm when I pull the trigger. But it didn't affect my suspension control, just an observation. And secondly, it can take several attempts before the application masters all the settings and uses the functions.
