I was very disappointed when I opened the box and saw the quality of this skirt. The fabric looked like cheap suit fabric. The layers of the skirt are hemmed "outwards" creating a "little ruffle" effect at the top of each layer; all made from raw fabric with no creases or creases. I'm sure it will start to spread after washing. It was a Christmas present and I couldn't give it to anyone, I will return it.
