As a digital artist, I notice and appreciate things like the way the Apple Pencil feels in my hand compared to a regular ballpoint pen. I prefer a thicker brush and need the 2nd gen case that I have. The case fits perfectly and doesn't interfere with the magnetic capabilities of the stylus on the side of the iPad. It doesn't interfere with loading either. My paint program is set to a very specific setting that disables the tip of the pod, so I like that the tip and body of the pod are already separate so I can use one without the other. I'm not a big fan of small ears on the end - I must have overlooked that feature when ordering. They're cute, but they don't match my personality.
