I really like that they are constantly adding new features to their platform, making it easier than ever before! They have great customer support as well which makes things very easy when you need help with anything at all related tp TapX Platform or Apps themselves (eCommerce apps in particular).
It's not so much of what we use specifically but more about how everything works together - eComs integration/upgradeability etc.. There isn't too many issues right now although there may be some improvements needed here & there by themselfs if certain updates don't work properly outta box such us upgrades from 2 versions back would require additional steps taken into consideration prior upgrading otherwise errors will just occur without any explanation why this happened nor solution provided other then "just upgrade". We've been able solve our problems using both platforms separately however having these two side next door eachother has made.
