Easy-to use, scalable data analysis tool
The UI is very intuitive for non technical users even if they have little knowledge about SQL queries. They provide great support for all kinds of business scenarios that are not always easy to implement yourself. I dislike their pricing model since most customers don't understand its benefits when compared against other solutions like Redash which offers similar features but at much lower price point. It's worth considering especially because we're solving problems related to analyzing large amounts of user generated content (UGC) from social media platforms such as Twitter & Facebook.

- Simple interface with no complex syntax or configurations needed by admins, allowing them easily deploy applications without having deep IT experience in house.
- Great community resources both online through forums/Q&A board
- Supports various data sources including relational databases (
- MySQL ), Big Data tools(
- Cassandra , HDFS), NoSql(MongoDB)
- ETL capabilities allows you querying your source systems via REST APIs
