I like that you can share documents with other users, have access to information in multiple places. The best part is that i dont have to do workarounds or use 3rd party tools for this functionality. It would be great if there were more options to customize. Also it would be nice if i could select multiple files at once when attaching them to an email. Sometimes it takes a while for them to get uploaded. We are using Alfresco as our document management system. It has helped us organize and share documents.
