Unlike my previous flashlight, this one is lightweight so won't bend the USB connector I had to fix. The 2 stage light works really well, but I have a caveat: the gooseneck cable needs to be about 3-4 inches longer. On a typical 15-inch computer with a numeric keypad, the light source can't be positioned over the center of the keyboard, causing it to cast more shadows than some people would like.
