My son goes to riding lessons and he walked through boots like water. I would buy him cheap boots and they wouldn't last long. They would also injure his legs. These boots were great. They are comfortable and durable. I bought it a size too big for it to grow in and even though they were a little big they still worked great. It's been a year now and they fit him perfectly. they are still like new. I can donate the boots to another kid at the ranch my son rides and I'm sure by then they will still be in great condition. I will definitely buy these again
