The goods are normal, money is not wasted!

Steam-treated surfaces dry quickly and leave almost no streaks / traces (and if you immediately wipe it dry with a microfiber cloth, you get a shine at the end).
But globally, a miracle does not happen - where really very old multi-layer pollution has to be scrubbed off with the use of force and powerful detergents, in some places where old fat has accumulated (a very old stove), it took several treatment sessions and almost was irrevocably the standard nozzle with hard bristles was ruined (all the softened and VERY sticky fat remained on it, it had to be soaked for two days in a detergent), so it’s better to scrub such neglected places with brushes, which you don’t feel sorry for then immediately thrown away.
In general, the unit is worth the money, but globally there are a number of complaints about the comfort of use.

Pros

In general, it works as promised - the steam is supplied evenly, the two modes really differ in strength, the volume of the tank is enough for quite a long time, the lengths of both the power cord and the steam supply hose are quite comfortable, less would not be convenient, more probably too.

Cons

The handle of the pistol starts to heat up pretty quickly, if you work for a long time you can even get burned, so you have to hold the pistol with an oven mitt or through a thick rag. It’s rather inconvenient to store - the device itself is overall, plus long sticks and a very wide floor nozzle, it’s impossible to fold all this compactly, and because of this you want to get the unit less often when a large number of surfaces that need cleaning accumulate at once.
