Good clips are just not a fan of waste.
I would give 5 stars but I'm not a fan of wasting and warping each clip individually and then putting them in a ziplock bag, it was just too much. There was no need to individually wrap each clip. So yes, 3 stars. Staples, on the other hand, are small, strong, hard plastic staples that are perfect for what they were designed for. I would give the clips themselves a 5, they are good.
