The service has been good with regard for customer support, prompt responses given (also when it comes across issues), always willing/able topush boundaries but maintain an open mind towards new ideas that could help improve our business process flow; they have also created some very useful products which we are ableto utilise within other parts of our organisation thus helping out. I cannot think what else i would want from them! The customer service from this team has been fantastic, they are always willing to go above & beyond for their customers! I have nothing bad or negative at all about my experience with icetrack - everything was great so far :) We use icetrak's SMS system as part our contact management software which allows us send out mass messages via sms when we need them most (eg promotions).
