This is what happened.I purchased the iDealBed Luxe Series Hybrid iQ5 Mattress, luxury plush mattress, with Reverie 5D Adjustable Bed Set.I noticed I didn't get the corner pieces to keep the mattress on and the instructions were terrible.I called the company and found out they shipped me a cheaper adjustable bed frame, iescape, and it doesn't come with the pieces to keep the mattress on.I had tried adjusting the bed and the mattress would slide down. I told them that I needed something to hold the mattress on. they offered me 200 dollars. BUT get this, in order to the 200 i would have to buy another 2000 set or pick some bedding from their store.In order to use the bed I have to lay down horizontally on the bed while pushing the remote. It still slides but not as much. When i let the back down i have to push the mattress against the wall. The remote is way to sensitive and I still have no idea how to use the usb on this frame.I purchased the reverie frame because it had the corner rails that would keep the mattress on.The reason I gave them 1 star is because the luxury mattress is great.TERRIBLE business.
