Broken belt and water bladder problem

Bought this last minute for a 6 day hike. The first problem is that the bag is difficult to fill. Closure "clip" is difficult to slide across the top of the pouch. It is extremely important to roll up the top of the bag after filling. I would like an easier/faster way to fill on the go. Second. The water in the bag gets very hot. Even after chilling the night before. At the first stop it was almost too warm to drink. In the pocket also"sweat". I see where some people have used the cover art for this. Another issue. Another issue I had was the waste tape broke on the 3rd day. As we went up and down hills I had to clip it to my body instead of just relying on a chest strap. I ended up tying the piece that came loose to my chest. TWICE. It helped me get through the day. On a positive note it is a good size and allows you to bring some snacks, sunscreen etc. I should have spent the money on a better backpack/water bag. But I have Prime and I needed it fast. I'd say spend a little more and buy Camelbak.
