I confess I bought them a size larger for my daughter. I just wanted something for her to grow into because she grows like a seedling. She's almost 7 years old, she usually wears a size 8, but I didn't go up a size. When it's gray it's a nice soft light that's perfect for summer or spring and a fill light that's definitely a good buy at this price point. It is soft and easy to wash and wear. What more could a mother ask for? I hope this review is helpful.
