August 18 Edit - New teammates were sent. And works as it should. I will say that the first defective ones were just an accident or damage in transit. The product works as expected and the delivery was amazingly fast. They even look like Nintendo 8/7 controllers Edit: They want me to remove this review or change it to 5 stars so they can send me a replacement. I emailed back and said I would change my rating once I received a replacement and tested it to see if it worked. Response was a copy of the first email... oooh I think I ran out of $50 and they don't have a 5 star rating... Edit 8/5: The company contacted you and explained that the items may be available during damaged in transit and offered to replace them. I hope we get a replacement and after testing them I'll update their quality here. Bought in February - from July they are unusable. From the start the kids said they were "buggy". I assumed they didn't charge them properly. But it only gets worse over time (and now I make sure they're properly charged) - I've officially told the kids to take turns until we get a new controller... Wasted $$$
