Review on QuantumATK by Bryan Fields

Being able to simulate a large number of scenarios with a simple interface. The use of the model is fairly complicated, but once you get the hang of it, it is easy to use. I do not think the software is very intuitive. It is very hard to get started and it takes a long time to learn how to use the software. I would highly recommend this software to anyone who is trying to simulate new and different materials. I am using this software to test different materials. QuantumATK is a very stable and user friendly software. It is easy to train your team and get them up to speed with the software. The documentation is very easy to understand. There is nothing I dislike about the software. The only thing I dislike is that there is not a lot of training material available for free. I would highly recommend this software to anyone looking to simulate materials and devices. We are using QuantumATK to simulate semiconductor devices and materials.
