I like most of its features; it's easy to use, there are many tutorials available online or even books written about this tool. It has got some bugs that need fixing sometimes but nothing major as far as now. The ability to model all types of systems, from small problems to large complex ones. It's also very easy to use. I like that it's free and open source. There are some things that could be improved, but not enough to make me dislike it. Sometimes it takes a while to figure out how to do something, so if you're new to this, take your time and read through the documentation. The ease of use, especially when it comes to creating custom models with no coding required! We are able to quickly create complex simulations that would otherwise be very difficult or impossible (ease of model creation). It's also great how easy you can get started - there aren't too many options/features out of box which makes setup quick & painless.
