I really enjoyed using this system, it was easy for me as an artist in training because there were so many options available within their software package. The only thing about it I didn't enjoy at all - but probably more due to my inexperience with similar programs-is if you are not connected or logged into your account when trying to add new artworks they will want you to log back out (and then reenter) which can be very time consuming during peak times such as shipping season! I love the software for its ease in using it, as well as being able to customize your own workflows depending on how you are doing things now or what needs change from time-to-time.
